Brioche ice cream sandwich at Artisan de Glace

I need help! I just returned, and I ate as many of these things as possible, but it's not enough! I need more! Does anyone ANYWHERE know where I can buy the grill they use for these? It has the perfect depression for a bun and functions like a waffle maker. Thanks!!

Where do you live? We have this chain of ice cream shops here called Afters Ice Cream that specializes in these, but they call them "Milky Buns."

Excellent find! I have a picture of the unit, and while there are subtle differences, could just be model year. Ouch though, 549 price tag hurts!
