This is mainly for people that have had to fly home i just wondered if it was at all possible to get you bouquet home my gran cant be there as she is ill and i would love to bring my bouquet home for her as a present i think she would really appreciate it.

any help would be great thank you sooo much

Have you thought about having your bouquet preserved? That way you can give it to your grandmother and she can display it.

I was considering doing this to as i dont really like the idea of throwing my bouquet away. Rosie from Disney Floral gave me details of a company that preserves bouquets, if you ve got the wedding worksheets i belive the details are on that. I think its something like Keepsake Floral.

I had a look on their site at the options that you can have but did nt quite see anything that i was keen on. I emailed them & asked them if they d be willing to send it to me in a specific way & was told it was nt possible which kinda stopped me from persuing the idea any further. I ve seen how bouquets can be preserved by companies in the UK so know my idea is possible but they just were nt keen on doing it:guilty:
I know its pretty pricey to do as i ve seen brides from America mention how much it cost them so id imagine inc shipping to the UK it would work out a fair few £'s.
Have a look at their site to get ideas on what they could do for you, it personally was nt what i wanted but i know many brides have been thrilled with how there creations turned out.

If anyone knows of another company in the Orlando area that can preserve bouquets please let me know as id be very interested ;)

Ye I have seen preserved bouquets but i dont like thelook of them if it isnt possible to have it sent home i will go to my local florist and ask them to make a copy and send them to my gran i just wanted to send it to her as will be here first grand child getting married and she cant be there

ill have a look in to getting it shipped out

I had disney do our floral in silk. mine, the bm, all the bouts and corsages and then I got to keep them and they look just as good as the wedding day.

They look real as well, I was very impressed as all the silk I had seen before look fake but these dont at all

Yeah my mom brought mine home for me. She flew. Poor thing is all dried up hanging on a clothes line in the basement lol.

I wish I had it preserved. Oh well.

Im not sure its possible to send fresh flowers from America to Uk, if it is id definatly go for that option. Just somethings telling me they dont allow fresh flowers in to the uk from overseas. Im sure someone on here can confirm if this is true though

could i pay to have a silk copy made and bring it home?

I'm sure you could disney do anything for a fee!! Just a thought though my flowers were $300 so for that and a fresh one you could be looking at $500-600

Just a thought.... What if you brought pictures of it to a local florist and had them re-create it?
