Hello to everyone.

We too will be joining you on the transatlantic return-home cruise. We live near Toronto Canada and this will be our 5th DCL cruise. We were on the 7 day western in March 2006 and on the 10 day Christmas Cruise, in Dec 2006. We had both another eastern and western before that.

This time however it is just myself; Denise (almost 40), my dd Jessica (just turning 9) and my dd Kimberly (age 5 going on 18). My dh could not get the time off from work and is giving this trip to me as a 40th birthday present.

My DD 9 wants me to let her sign herself out of the club on her own, - I am having trouble with this idea.... I never leave my kids alone anywhere not even outside the front of my house...

I would be very interested in participating in any of the group Palo activities as I would otherwise not be able to go to Palo this time, and I missed the DIS lunch at Palo in December.

If whoever is signing up for lanyards, bracelets, count the three of us in.

We are excited, however we are leaving for WDW on July 7, 2007 for three weeks (this was planned pre -cruise and DH still wants to go) So I need to get packing - Haven't done a thing yet

Hope to meet everyone soon.

Is Thistle still going??? she was on the Dec. 2006 10 day??

Hi Deb;

Check the Dis for codes that allow free dining (offered duing less busy times of the year), then book using that code and you will get so many credits per day (on your KTTW card) for table service meals, counter service meals, and snacks. You will likely get far more food than you can even eat, and it can save quite a bit.

I did call them and found that the special on free dining ended on 24 JUN. Rats! I want to call DVC and ask them if there is anything we can get there. The office opens at 1300 EDT.

The cost right now is 2.02 plus shipping. I was planning on shipping them to everyone before we set sail. It will take to week plus shipping time to get them. Right now the ETA should be July 3 or 6.

Ok, dopey me. The free dining (that ended on 24 JUN, of course) was only possible for cash-paying customers. We are coming in on points, so we didn't qualify ANYway. No harm, no foul evidently.

Disney DID say that if any other offers like that were to come about, they have NO idea when it would happen; that the guests would have to visit the disneyworld.com website often to check it out.

Dee, a personal request: I will be happy to pay the priority mail shipping charges to get these. I have several packages that were shipped to me parcel post, and they are taking four weeks to get from there to here. I think pony express was faster!
