Only suggestion is perhaps to move the design to cafepress - since you a bigger variety of products and t-shirt styles .

Linda -- Welcome, welcome!!! Our oldest DS will have just turned 11 by the time we sail. I think the ship is going to be full of "new friends"!

My DS will was born in October so will be almost 11. He is really excited to know there will be kids his age.

I love learning new things - now I need to know how everyone decorates their pages with fun things. Oh my, when my kids see this they will know that their Mom has really gone off of the deep end.

I'm jealous, I want to learn how to decorate my page. I've been too busy with sick kids to try and figure it out. Maybe this weekend I'll have time.

We both live in Orange, CA. At cruise time my DS and DD will be 10. What are your kids ages?

Yes, please move it to cafepress.com. I won't order from Zazzle again because of major problems I had with them.

I also used this place: http://artapart.com. The shirts are a little more expensive, but the quality of the shirts is better than Zazzle and Cafepress. You can open a store here too. Just a thought for another site to try.

I second both CafePress and ArtApart!

I actually have a shop on CafePress (I used it for my Feb 2006 cruise). If you want, you can use my shop, though setting up one of your own is REALLY easy!

Also, does the Part Deux on the shirt refer to the Magic coming home for the 2nd time, or does it apply only to those who went on the PC cruise? If it's the latter, you'll need a separate design that says "Ship of Fools Newbie" or something like that

Anyhow, GREAT design!!!!!!!!

Thanks for the positive feedback on the t-shirt.

I've now created a "newbie" version as well for those new "fools", which I have also put on Zazzle.

I've set up a cafepress store, but I think I'll have to play with the design a bit, as they seem to handle transparent images differently (anyone have experience with this?), and I'm looking into what I need to do at Artapart to make the design available to everyone there.

gpb_1, PM me with your image problem. No promises, but I might be able to help, I've had some experience with this.

Don't worry Dee, you are not the only "newbie" here.

I am such a procrastinator that I am having a hard time thinking about this trip. It is sooo far away. I haven't ever made plans so far in advance before. Maybe a month or two at the most. Since we are also going in December I have two boards to follow and both are very chatty! Heck December seems too far away to get excited about too!

Hey Pyramid, when in Dec. are you going? We're doing the 10-night...and boy is THAT board chatty! Many people there (myself included) took the 1st 10 night in Dec. 04, and we were chatty even THEN! So I know exacly how you feel! If you're going on the week before the 10 night (coming back on the 16th), maybe we can meet in the terminal or something. That would be neat!

Thanks everyone for letting me know we won't be the only newbie fools aboard!! And I'm sure either way we'll all be a tight little community -- I just shudder to think how many pages this thread will have by the time Aug. 2007 rolls around!

Linda, I'm an oldie but GOODIE. Unfortunately my DGD's are older than your DD & DS. My daughters took their daughters on the Mexico cruise last year & we are doing a family & friends cruise in Aug of this year. But Since I am doing the back to backs next year it will only be 2 of us - my husband if he is up to it or maybe one of the granddaughters. My oldest granddaughter went all thru the Orange schools. Now I have a new granddaughter, who lives with us, is 10 and she attends La Veta Elementary. BUT I AM THE BIGGEST KID OF ALL.

We must live very near each other. Same school district, but our school is Panorama. Maybe your DGD is close enough in age that they will get along.

I was just thinking about the trip back from Florida AFTER the Repo. It will be Labor Day weekend so everything will be expensive. Airfare, train, rental cars. This will be interesting...

Actually I didn't think the airfare was that expensive. We stayed at WDW until Monday, and flew home monday night. I think we paid a little over 100 per person to fly from MCO to LAX one way, which is about the cheapest you can find at any time.

Just remember that that sooner you book the cheaper it will be.

Then you go back every so often to see if the prices have gone down or not!

If they have then you rebook, if not you leave it alone!

And with this group, I'm sure we'll find out any special deals going!
