Bring air mattress?

Hi! We are staying in a 1 bedroom villa on cash at both AKL-Kidani and Boardwalk Villas. We have 4 people in the room, so we are not trying to go over occupancy or anything like that, but because of our sleeping preferences, i would like to bring a twin size air mattress for my son to sleep on.

1) Does anyone see any reason why that would not be allowed?
2) If I request extra sheets to make this up, will that be accommodated or do I need to bring some from home?

1. It won't be a problem at all.

2. Since you're on a cash reservation, they will bring extra sheets if you ask.

No we always do. I have an autistic son who refuses to sleep in a bed with someone. So even though we have 4, we bring an air mattress. That is unless we stay somewhere that sleeps 5, which we have been doing lately. Nobody will say a word.

We have done this many times also. DD 18 and DS 16 really don't want to share a bed, so we allow DD a "free" coffee each day she volunteers to sleep on the air mattress! (she is much smaller than DS so it is more comfortable for her than him!) We bring our own sheets, but take them off each day and just prop the mattress up against the wall out of the way of housekeeping if an issue. DS also thinks this is a good deal as he ends up with a bed to himself. Don't worry, and have a magical time!

Last year, we had two toddler air mattresses and didn't have any issues. I bought mine from Amazon and had them shipped to the resort (and then brought an extra duffel bad to take them home).

Kidani Village will have one king bed, one queen sleeper sofa and one twin sized sleeper chair. BWV won't have the sleeper chair. So you should be good at KV without an air mattress. As for sheets, they aren't supposed to supply any additional bedding, even if you aren't trying to squeeze too many people in the room. You'll need to bring sheets for the air mattress in BWV.
