Briliant service at dlp

Hello, as I reported whilst I was away at dlp we had an amazing time! Just wanted to add 2 things I think were fab service and beyond dlp call of duty. On our last day we went to see buzz at studios meet and greet. He wasn't there and we were told by cm he hadn't been for a few days due to the weather. On way out I popped into customer services to ask whether on the off chance he would be back out later in the day if the weather cleared up. Cm at cust services rang characters manager who said there would be no buzz for next few days! My youngest (4) started sobbing 'but he is my favourite'. Cm then took my number and said 'leave it with me I will see what I can do' he then rang to say 'come back in half hour and don't be late'. We went back and he took us to the meet and greet bit at toons (in pouring rain) and out came buzz!! We had pictures and he stamped autograph books - my daughter was very happy - a personal appearance! I felt sorry for the other people who saw him and started Queuing only to be told buzz is going back in but I felt very very lucky - a lovely last day treat!!

2nd really lovely thing was that my eldest left her Jessie doll on her bed at Cheyenne and they phoned me and then shipped it back - she was so pleased

Awww that is a lovely thing they did for you.

Although I can't help but feell sorry for the other children who must have had their hopes raised a bit to see Buzz out and then for him to go back in again. Think that was a bit naughty of them to do a personal meet & greet in a public area - normally they'd arrange it somewhere more out of the way!

Great to hear about your Daughter's Jessie doll!

It's just nice to hear positive Customer Service experiences as we all too often just hear the bad!
