Bridesmaid Gifts: Same or Different?

Ok I still have over a year to buy my bridesmaids gifts but I was wondering do you have to get all your bridesmaids the same gift or can you get them different gifts. I am going to have 6 and I do not know where to start or look.

I have been in several weddings, and the bridesmaids have all received the same gift. Maybe something a little different for the maid of honor...

I think it would be nice to get the girls something different. I think same old boring normal bridesmaid gift is Ehhh. I say be different and get the girls something that fits each of their personalities. That is what I was going to do if I had more than one BM...but I just had a MOH.

I'm only having a FG, Jr. Bridesmaid and MOH. The two younger ones are taken care of, but for my MOH I'm stocking her up with her favorite things - Bath and Body Works Sweet Pea stuff and a Vera Bradley bag in her favorite pattern (yellow bird). I'm going to get some gift certificates to places that she can go out to eat with her bf.

If I had a bridesmaid, I would probably do about the same, maybe to a lesser extent. My MOH is my stepsister, so I don't know if that makes a difference.

i got mine all the same, i got them an engraved champayne flute with their name and a poem and then as we are from the uk I got them some victoria secrets bath stuff as we cant get it over here. My youngest was my sister at 12 and I got her a charm bracelet from things rememebered
