*breath* *breath* My husband actually SIGNED the contract for the OKW resale!

OMG!!! I totally thought he was going to flip that I wanted to spend that kind of money! Amazingly, he seemed agreeable. It should NOT surprise me, since he is as much a Disney freak as I am, but I always thought him to be more realistic than me when it came to money. Don't get me wrong, he did go back and forth about how much we were going into debt, but he SIGNED!

Now we just have to keep our fingers crossed that Disney does not sign their ROFR. The realtor seems to think we are safe at $72/point. Let's hope so...we will know in about a months time! This is a 300 point contratc at OKW that comes with 150 banked points..so as soon as we close, we will get 450 points!!!! Added to what we own at BCV, we will have 470 points a year! WOOHOO. I hope I am not disappointed with a ROFR.

has then been a level that disney has known to step in and purchase the points. i see some listings for points in the mid 60's and even low 60's out there! we are also thinking of buying a resale!
