I'm not doubting that the Poly DVC is coming but it is curious that we've only seen the press release on non-Disney sites. I wonder when Disney will actually issue it.

Disney released the information at the Earmarked Conference today.

I wonder what their plans are. I've heard alot of "rumors". I can't wait to see what they're REALLY doing there. I'm tempted!!!

Hopefully not a Bay Lake Tower repeat. Talked to a DVC family that was staying there and had so many problems (broken things, hole in carpet, dirty things, etc) that they moved to an AK DVC the next day. Even there things were dirty and not room ready. I wished them better luck on the rest of their trip. They were disappointed because they really want to like the tower but found it so cheaply done.

Pete on yesterday's dis show said that some of these rooms will be bungalows over the lagoon. Some will be regular villas like at all the other resorts but there will be bungalows built over the water as part of this expansion project.

Don't be, because by the time it's built the cost per point will be $220.

Poly is the main reason we haven't gotten DVC. It is our favorite resort to stay at so before now it made no sense to get a DVC at another resort we don't like as much. I've gone back and forth whether this is good or not but I think overall it will be good as long as its not a huge building like the grand, which it sounds like it won't be. Plus from what we're heard our favorite longhouse is being turned into DVC so if we want to stay there, guess we'll have to join haha
