The wound is healing slowly, but everyone has said that it looks better. It still looks bad, but the area that is red is getting smaller and open sores are starting to scab over. It is not gushing fluid like it was last week and the leg is not so swollen.

That's good that the sores are scabbing over.

I'm in an air conditioned building. But I'm about to step outside to see what the ambient temperature and humidity feels like. Sure rained moderately heavy when I was heading into work.

I'm still waiting for my new client contract to come through. This is nirvana....when the office knows you've been placed and don't really want to know you. And I'm waiting for a start date at the new client site.

I only came in today because the office has a regular weekly meeting and I feel obliged to attend. Looks like I can invisible for the rest of the week.

A couple of them cycled in to work. They looked like drowned fish when they came in.

But it's amazing what a shower and a change into business suit can do.

Pity about the miasma left behind.

I haven't posted a link yet. I tried to get Arline signed up for the DIS today, but she had problems with her password. She's supposed to call any minute, and if she can get it sorted out I want her to sub into the TR before everyone else. So she can be on page 1 and all!
