Good night skiingfast!
Enjoy your revolting door PIO, I will be going to bed soon.
Tonight we went to Stater Bros to get $.87 per pound hams. We don't normally shop at this store and they have all kinds of things that our normal grocery store doesn't carry, and sodas were on sale 4 12 packs for $10 so Fran went nuts, I'd already bought four 12 packs of Mtn Dew and 2 of the new Dr. Pepper plus two other Coca Cola products, but tonight we picked up 8 more 12 packs of Mtn Dew, 4 Dr pepper and 4 A&W Creme Soda. We should have enough soda to last us to Easter, but we'll see!
We also have 3 turkeys (bought at Thanksgiving) 3 hams, 2 Prime Ribs, and we bought one Prime Rib (1 bone) to cook tonight to make sure we like the taste of Stater Bros meat (we don't like Von's/Safeway Rancher's Reserve so we had to "test" the Stater Bros meat to make sure it was OK

). However Ralph's has Prime Rib for a dollar cheaper a pound so we have to get more of those tomorrow. Then I think we are good until St. Patrick's Day when we stock up on Corned Beef.
I hope our freezer will be done as of tomorrow. $250 worth of sodas, meat and assorted groceries tonight.

Then while the 1 bone Prime Rib cooked, I made a turkey involtini stuffed with mushrooms, onion, celery, spinach, bread crumbs, ricotta and spices for tomorrow night. I made a Meatloaf for Sunday night. Monday will be possibly Stroganoff from the leftover Prime Rib and Tuesday will be salads. I feel like this is the WFD thread!

perhaps I will post the same thing over there, sorry PIO! I just put Fran to bed and will be heading there soon, but tomorrow we have the cleaning lady so I won't be on much in the morning and then Arline arrives in the afternoon.
I have one more dish to make for Sunday night because we will be dead tired from the concert Sunday morning so I don't want to have to do any prep work, just put stuff in the oven and bake.

I will be so happy when we get to Vegas, I hope.
