Ohana at the Poly will make eggs to order. We got sunny side up for DH.
The menu is family style and the food was good.

1900 Park Fare (when its in its original location, not being refurbed like it is now) has a made to order omlette station. They were happy to fry eggs for my son there and the rest of us got our omlettes.
