Is there an option for breakfast either at HRH, IOA, USF or Citywalk that doesnt send you into a sugar coma?

Yummy breakfast croissants at Boulangerie in USF and Croissant Moon in IOA. They are croissants with scrambled egg and melted cheese with your choice of ham or bacon or nothing. They have a couple of pieces of fruit on the side. Cost is about $5.00
