Hey Everyone,

Currently have a trip booked (through dreams unlimited travel) for 10/23-10/30. I’ve made a few breakfast reservations, but am planning to probably cancel them based on what I’ve heard about Disney world breakfast (especially considering the fact that I won’t eat buffet eggs). What are your favorite breakfast spots that are worth going out of your way/missing an hour of two of park time for?

'Ohana breakfast used to be good. It's a decent option on the Epcot days I guess.

In the before times, Trail's End was pretty good too, but it doesn't look like it's worth it right now.

Edit: Like PP, I'd rather eat a banana and a granola bar than mess with a mostly lame breakfast....

Actually, there is one place worth it. In Magic Kingdom.

Sleepy Hollow QS window with outside dining. As long as it isn't raining.

Get a "Fresh Fruit Waffle Sandwich" and a coffee. It's berries, bananas and nutella on a waffle. Best breakfast I ever had in WDW.

The brunch @ CG which unfortunately is not opened now however the brunch at WBG is and is seriously worthy as well.

We have groceries delivered to the room (garden grocers)and eat a quick breakfast In the room so we can ride rides afterwards. We once made the mistake of going to space mountain after CRT and we almost threw up. We do get some waffles/eggs from the quick service once or twice a trip.

I would do a character breakfast where it could double as lunch (eg Topolinos at noon). It’s too much food unless you’re planning to take it easy in the parks

Homecomin' brunch is fantastic. It's only on the weekends, but is so, so good. A word of warning though - this is southern comfort food, meaning it's heavy. I'd give yourself a few hours before attempting to ride anything too crazy. But if you want to work a leisurely morning into your schedule, it's a great way to start the day. As an added bonus, Disney Springs isn't too busy that time of day, so if you want to do some shopping it's a great time to do that, as well.

Given that you don’t like “buffet eggs” which I take to mean pans of scrambled eggs and egg casseroles already made, you may well enjoy either Grand Floridian or Kona. Both serve eggs made to order in congenial environments, 7 days a week.

My favorite on-property breakfast is Ale and Compass - we've never had a bad meal and it's reasonably priced by Disney standards. Not sure it's worth going out of the way for, but it's an option we really like for our Epcot days since the park opens so late. Bonus that you can mobile order the breakfast and take it out to the boardwalk to eat and people watch when the weather is pleasant.

I haven’t eaten there yet but it sounds good. Just noting that it’s also close to HS as well as EPCOT.

Topolino’s at the Riviera Resort—IF you can snag a reservation! Seriously, we enjoyed a late breakfast there a couple of weeks ago, and it was delicious … probably the BEST breakfast we’ve ever had at a WDW resort. We will definitely enjoy breakfast there again!

I’ve eaten pretty much every disney world breakfast. The only one that was truly good was Topolino’s. Bonus: if you can get a reservation in the first hour it is open, you should have time to get on the skyliner in time for epcot on an 11am opening.

I don't think any are worth the Disney transportation hassle.

We eat table service breakfast a lot because it fits our touring style and preferred breakfast fare but not because the food/atmosphere is great. The exception? Topolino's. The food is fantastic.

Toppolinos is superb as a brunch. Unlimited entree choices (main + fruit tray or waffle is amazing) plus you get characters. It’s the best breakfast/brunch at wdw right now without a doubt. It’s a total blast, plus the views from the top deck area are great too.

Topolino's! I don't usually go to character meals for the food, but it was delicious (seriously, get the waffles)

We are breakfast people so there are several we like. I try to grab the latest breakfast available as it fills us up until early evening. I know people don't love Tusker House and Garden Grill but we've always enjoyed our meals so we try to go back each trip.
