Breakfast with Minnie?

We are leaving for Disney next week and originally had PS for the Hollywood and Vine character lunch, which has since been eliminated. My 3 year old daughter just loved that meal last year and is still disappointed that we can't go again, so I was wondering if anyone knows of somewhere to have breakfast, preferably, where Minnie is guaranteed to be? We already have 2 character meals scheduled at the Magic Kingdom so I'd prefer somewhere else if possible. I keep trying to get into Chef Mickey's but they are booked. We will have two 3 years olds and a one year old. Thanks!

Cape May Cafe at the Beach Club - Minnie is always there and she's great and the breakfast is awesome and then you're near EPCOT for a change

Almost certain that Minnie is still at 'Ohanna at the Polynesian but it sounds like you might already have enough character meals for your MK days.

Minnie hasn't been at the Poly for about a yr. She can be found at liberty tree taver for dinner, Cape May cafe for Breakfast and at Chef Mickey's for B&D (although she is listed as occasional for CM's)Where the Characters Dine

Thank you all so much for your help! I was able to get PS for the Cape May Cafe on our day off from the parks. My daughter is so excited to see Minnie in her beach outfit!
