BIG PROBLEM !!! Ordered them the 28th of March. Everytime I call they give me different information. Now they sent them today and I am leaving Friday, so probably will not receive them in time. Be careful when ordering and keep calling if you don't receive them

If you ordered $50 or over they should send them UPS 2nd day air. If you ordered less they send USPS so harder to say when they will arrive. Im sorry you had such a experience with your order.

Something must be going on with their ordering system. I ordered 20 of them on 4/3 ( one week ago today ) and I still have not gotten them! I emailed yesterday and they told me my order just got printed and they would be out shortly. I asked why they had not already been sent because when you order it says 2-5 business days. All he could say was that others were complaining of the same problem. I've never had them take more that 2-3 days to get here!

I read your post and was curious what Simple Escapes was. So, I searched it on Google (the BEST search engine), and this site came up - http://www.ripoffreport.com/reports/ripoff44252.htm

This doesn't look like a very reputable company - it seems they're just randomly charging people's credit cards. I went to their site first and almost signed up!

I belong to Simple Escapes and Galleria and I have had good service so far with both. I have rec'd all my orders in less than a week. I just ordered some Sunday rec'd some Wed and some today. I recd my gift cards for joining right away and recd the money from the utility vouchers timely also. My rebates show up on my cc promply and without any problems so far (knocking on wood).

thanks for your replies. Well I am leaving tomorrow (instead of Sat) but not going to DW until Tuesday. Maybe if they arrive here, somebody can send them to me, problem is I have breakfast Wed morning which I was using them for, so if I don't I have to pay (have one child). Got the addy for All Star Sports and waiting for reply from Disney as to which I can have them mailed for me (if they come that is). What a PIA. Thanks all
