Breakfast reservations when park opens early

We are going to Disney the week of spring break (following Easter weekend), so I know the parks will be packed to capacity. It looks like MK will open at 7am every day that week, but Chef Mickey's doesn't open till 7am. I have a 7:05 ADR (and we are staying at the contemporary)...is it worth it to just go ahead and keep the reservation, or should we forget it and focus more on being there when the park opens for EMH? I know there's a great possibility MK will stop letting people in at some point, should we just take advantage of the EMH? Hate to drop breakfast, my kids favorite meal of the day, plus the character opportunity, but I also don't want to regret not using that EMH...
