Breakfast or Dinner at Boma

If you had to choose a late breakfast or Dinner at Boma which do you prefer? We are having lunch at Tusker House in another day and wondering how similar dinner at Boma would be. I’m kind of leaning towards doing the extra magic hours at animal kingdom and then doing “breakfast” at 11:30 t AKL. What are your suggestions?

Breakfast at Boma is very good, but I MUCH prefer dinner. Just my own preference. If you're having lunch at Tusker, a very few of the foods could be the same, but Boma dinner offers so much selection that you might not even notice. If you go for dinner, have a bowl of soup for me!!

Dinner is more unique, but it is my favorite breakfast! So…tough call IMHO.

Having just done both Tusker breakfast/lunch and Boma dinner I would say the flavor profiles are close but not the same dishes...although you may find a crossover like a Bobotie. As much as I adore Tusket I think Boma is of higher quality. Tough choice though!

Skip boma. Its way overrated. Tusker house is better.

You're going to get different answers. I've done both, and much preferred Breakfast. Dinner was kind of loud and chaotic me.

I'm not a big breakfast eater, but if you're good to wait until 11 to eat, I think I would do that. The breakfast has enough savory options that you can use it as a nice brunch.

Dinner. You can eat breakfast food anywhere. You’re not going to find the unique offerings on a large scale like Boma anywhere else.

Breakfast. My b-fast experiences have still been good, but my last three trips to Boma for dinner were extremely disappointing. I won’t do it again.

I vote for breakfast as Boma offers one of our favorite on-property breakfast experiences. It's a repeat favorite for our family!

you really can't make a bad decision here. We've done both and the kids love both! but based on your schedule, I would also lean towards a late relaxing breakfast the day after a late night at the parks! Plus you really can't beat the bread pudding at breakfast! lol

Not at all, but it's very quiet. I once had the very last reservation for breakfast. I was wondering why they never called me, and then they started closing up. When I reminded them that I was still waiting, they apologized. I guess I got missed because I was solo(?) Food was plentiful, and I didn't feel rushed.

Good to hear. Even better that's it's quiet. DH uses rollator to get around Boma. One trip at dinner, he walked thru and I carried his plate, getting food.. Next trip, he just told me, get more of this or that and he stayed seated. Just too many people there with the rollator.
