Breakfast Lasagna @ CM's

My DW and I are trying CM's for a late "lazy day" breakfast on our December trip. We ate lunch there several years ago, but this will be our first breakfast. Can someone describe the Goofy's Breakfast Lasagna to us? We have seen the item on the menu but were unsure of what exactly it was. I did a search, but without much luck.

I have had the Breakfast Lasagna at Crystal Palace which is probably the same thing. The best way to describe it is a cross between a pretty soggy (I don't mean that in a bad way!!) bread pudding, and a summer pudding, layered with fruit, and flavoured with cinnamon. The bread is where pasta would be in a proper lasagna, and the fruit is in the place of the meat, between the layers.

I certainly couldn't eat it every day, but it was nice to try for a change!! I think there is a picture of it in my food report

The Breakfast Lasagna I remember from Chef Mickey's last October was vegetable base.

It was soggy and cold. I took one bite and left the rest to be thrown out.

I had the breastfast Lasagna at CM before, it was a egg and vegetable bake. I loved it

No need to apologize, I would have much rather been at CP having your breakfast lasagna.
