Breakfast in your room?

Just curious. If you don't have your own transportation, do you bring items from home in your luggage? Do you rent a frig? We are staying at ASM and I don't know that I want the extra charge. Any advice? Thanks.

We brought breakfast items from home (Pop Tarts, cereal bars, packaged muffins) and then we would walk down to the food court each morning to fill coffee mugs and buy milk.
