Breakfast in the Park Voucher

A "Breakfast in the Park" voucher is included in our DL dining package. Can this value (approximately $10) be used at Whitewater Snacks in the GCH? Thank you!

Yes, you can use that at any dining place in DLR - just not DTD.

Did you have to pay for the voucher ($$10?) I'm curious, because I never knew there were any perks adding a dining plan onto the pkg. Even if it's only $10, I would definitely consider it. I was always under the impression the dining plan was just paying for something in advance.

Each of the dining plans include 2 breakfast in the park vouchers, and they can be used towards other breakfasts such as character breakfasts for the amount on the voucher.

Yes the dining plan is more like pre-paying for your meals, which is why I do it.

Yep. When I added all the vouchers together and the value of the character meal vouchers, I got pretty much the same amount it would have cost OOP. If we did Goofy's the character meal would have been worth more (we would have done Lilo and probably Minnie's), but we weren't interested in that.

Paying ahead is good, but that's why I buy gift cards.

The biggest pain of the dining plan is that with the money-amount vouchers, if you buy LESS than the amount on the voucher, you do NOT get change back. And if you buy more than, you supplement it with cash or use a second voucher, but then you're probably getting yourself into the problem of not getting change back again.
