Other than the princess breakfast and sunshine seasons is there anywhere in the 'world' area that has breakfast? Was hoping that the Norway or French bakery shops were?

The Kringla and Patisserie won't open until the rest of World Showcase opens (I think it's around 11:00 or 11:30 am).

Nothing in World Showcase opens until 11, which most guests consider too late for breakfast. The exception is the Akershus princess breakfast.
