Breakfast buffets during "peak" summer period

Are there any breakfast buffets during the peak summer season that won't have the added premium charged? Characters not necessary. My teen DDs just like breakfast food!

I see that Chef Mickeys, Ohanas, Cape May, & Crystal palace (all places I was considering) all have the surcharge.

Is there somewhere else I am not thinking of?

We won't be on the DDP, so it doesn't matter if its on the plan or not.
