Breakfast at Olivia's

On our last day we had breakfast at Olivia's at OKW. I understood TS breakfast was an appetizer, an entree and a non-alcoholic drink. Olivia's even has appetizers listed on the breakfast menu. The server tells us that breakfast does not include an appetizer. The manager came over and told us the same thing.
