We leave in two days....but thought about adding a breakfast or two at this late date. So, a lot of people here have really enjoyed Fresh at the Dolphin. My question is how long will we have to wait to be seated? Is there a better time to go? And since we have never actually been inside the Dolphin, how do we get to it? We'll be at BCV this time and figured we would venture out and try some new places. Since breakfast is one of our favorite meals, Fresh seemed like a good choice. Any opinions out there?

DH and I ate at Fresh for breakfast last summer. We like to get to the parks when they open so we went there at 7:30am when Fresh opened. We didn't have to wait. I would advise going first thing if you can since much of Fresh is a cooked-to-order buffet. If it were busy I could imagine the omlet or pancake section to be quite long.

As for the food we really enjoyed it. The juices were fun, the pastries delightful, and the strawberry pancakes were awesome.

If you are staying at the Swan/Dolphin it is worth definetly worth a try. It is our second favorite breakfast buffet with Boma leading the pack.
