Do they still serve breakfast there? If so how is it? Thanks!

We ate there in November, and it was great! the meals are about the same price as Riverbelle Terrace, which is CS, but you get served, with drink refills, etc. We thought the food was very delicious! I especially love the Mickey Waffles there, and somebody else in the party had some sort of egg white and veggie scramble.

They did in December, and it was quite good (even without the meat).

I don't know why allears doesn't have the breakfast menu, and we can't link to dlresortinfo's site, but as of October '07 this was the food for breakfast:

I believe that Cafe Orleans started serving breakfast while the River Belle was being refurbished. I hadn't realized that they would continue doing so. I thought it was temporary.

I think they stopped serving breakfast at Cafe Orleans during the slower part of the year after the holidays, but I know they are at least serving breakfast there on weekends now, since it was open when we were there last weekend. I ate there last year and didn't really care for it...we had the Monte Cristo French Toast, and it was just too much greasy, heavy cheese - it wasn't warm and gooey at all. We should've ordered the beignets!

I had the Creole Eggs Benedict a couple of weeks ago and it was yummy! :goodvibes

we went there on wednesday april 16th and it was so good we went back on thursday.
Me and my DS had the waffles and my DH had the creole eggs benedict.. and he said it was the best he has ever had and the reason we went back.
The waffles were yummy too. The fruit cup had melons, pineapple, and grapes.
i did not take a picture of the eggs...

Hubby had the cheese monte cristo french toast, and even though I TOLD him to eat it slow, that it was heavier than it looked, he inhaled it and felt horrible afterwards. Silly guy.

Thanks everyone I need to see when it will be open when we go!

These are the things we ordered.

DDs liked the waffles. DH liked his scramble, I didn't care much for it. I didn't care much for the Monte Cristo french toast. The raspberry sauce for the Beignets were the only good part of that dish. My family seemed happy enough with what they got, but I was disappointed and I'm not that hard to please when it comes to food. To me, if someone else prepares it, I'm probably gonna love it!

bumbershoot, ohhhhhhhh those Mickey beignets look soooooo good!
I hope that when I die and go to heaven, I'm served Mickey beignets on a silver plate! That would definately be my idea of heaven! :cloud9:
