Breakfast ADR timing and security question

I'm within a month of my pseudo-first visit and working on finalizing plans.

I currently have a breakfast at Goofy's Kitchen and one at Storyteller's (obviously different days) that are booked for 7. Parks open at 8. I realize they are at hotels, but I'll be coming from the Harbor side (staying at Hotel Lulu - yes, I changed...I feel more comfortable in a beach theme than the fancier looking Westin) and will need to clear security. Will that timing work, or should I bump the ADRs back a bit to 7:30 or so? I'm not sure what the timing on security opening is. (I mean, I guess I could take a Lyft or Uber to the hotel entrances, but that seems excessive.)

My understanding is that the security checkpoints open up really early, or at least used to. They have to let cast members in after all.

like 6am or so. But I don’t know if that has changed.

Coming from Hotel Lulu, walk West on Katella to Disneyland Dr, then north to the Grand for Storytellers. For Goofy's, when at the Grand, turn west and cross by Paradise Pier and follow path to the Disneyland hotel. No need for security, you won't save time and I don't think they open til 7. Or Uber.

Last fall, they opened DTD side security one hour before park open and Harbor side about 10-15 minutes later than that. I wouldn’t count on being able to go through the esplanade nearly early enough to make a 7:00 reservation when parks open at 8.
