Which is better for breakfast, both in food and character interaction, 1900 PF or Cape May? I have reservations for both but really need to drop one of them. We have 2 preschool aged boys, 5 and 3, just trying to decide which would be more fun for them!

I would go with Cape May. We like both but with the age of your boys I think they might like Cape may better. They can draw on the tablecloths there!! Lots of character interaction too!! :cool1: Although I do like the food a little bit better @ 1900 PF but I'm kind of picky!!:goodvibes

Thank you! Anyone else have any opinions?

I would have to agree with the post before that Cape May has the characters like Goofy, Pluto, Mickey while Park Fare is really fun because it has the characters from Cinderella like the step sisters and step mother as well as Cinderella and the Prince. You see the peoples face here and they interact amongest each other like they argued over my 17 yr. old son while we were there. They love to have their pictures taken with you. I think at your boys age they would enjoy the characters in full costume. Food is good at both.

I've never been to 1900 Park Fare, but I *LOVED* Cape May. With that said, though, if you have another character breakfast scheduled already that has Goofy and Minnie, etc., then I'd do 1900 Park Fare.

I thought I read somewhere that breakfast at 1900 PF was Alice in Wonderland themed. Are the stepsisters and Cinderella at breakfast too?

Actually, the characters at Cape May are Goofy, Minnie and Donald and 1900 PF (for breakfast) is usually Mary Poppins, Alice and the Mad Hater.

We've not done 1900 PF for breakfast but plan to in March. But Cape May is a great choice...great food, attentive wait staff and wonderful character interaction.

Thank you all. Cape May is sounding good. I was worried that it might be a little overcrowded and rushed. We are avoiding Chef Mickey's for that very reason. I'm not sure my boys are old enough to really "get" the characters at Park Fare.

Cape May is anything but overcrowded and rushed. It was the most relaxing, calm and quite breakfast we had all week. It was a wonderful way to full our tummies and start our day.

I think both are great and would pick where we expected to be that day. So if we planning to go to the Magic Kingdom, we'd choose 1900 PF. If at Epcot or DHS, Cape May would be the choice.

I personally like Cape May! Love the characters and the theming. Food is great too

We have dined at both several times and the quality of food at 1900 PF is significantly better.
