Are Atlanta Braves spring training tickets hard to get? Do they sell out quickly? Should I try to get tickets now, or can I wait until I'm there in March? Also, is ticketmaster the only place to get tickets?

I bought mine through Ticketmaster a few weeks ago because I was worried about them being sold out when I got down there. (I'm going in mid-March.)

I really wanted to see them play the Yankees, but all they had left a few weeks ago were lawn seats. I got tickets for the Devil Rays evening game on the 13th.

If you really want to see them, you might want to go ahead and order them. Ticketmaster was the only way I saw to get them, so I just went ahead and bit the bullet and paid all those dumb service fees.

depends on how many tickets you need!

the past 3 yrs I have waited to get my tickets when we get there and I have gotten some decent seats ! last yr I got the 2nd level and enjoyed them and also have sat on the lawn ! not too bad !
I go with my parents and I make sure they have seats as my dad can't sit on the ground like he used to. I sometimes will get 2 seats for them and a single for myself!

When are you going in March?

We are going March 16-24 and I hate to buy tickets before hand if I don't have to only because we like to leave our options open so that we can hit the water park on a really hot day (assuming there is a really hot day!) and we like to hit MK on a day when it stays open later...and this year we plan to go to Universal and IOA so I'm not even sure how that will factor into our planning....

I am going March 19-April 2nd, this year I am planning on going to the game March 22nd when the braves play against the Mets

usually I go to 2 spring training games but this year it will probably be one as I want to go to Tampa Bay's home opener against the Red Sox.

If you are renting a car while in Florida, the Red Sox are playing the cleveland Indians over in Winter haven , March 21st at 1pm!!

We'd love to see the Red Sox in Florida...it's hard enough to get tickets when they are home all summer!! How long of a drive is it? Is it hard to get tickets? Do we have to get tickets long in advance?

Thanks!
