I would guess that they "tweak" the beer list every now and then... but not with any major changes. I compiled a beer list while we were all on our Magic cruise last year... so this won't be news for you.
For anyone else who's interested... here's a beer list from about a year ago:
Yep. The beer list that Dave posted sounds about like what our assistant server told us on the 3/23/02 Disney Magic cruise.
What a boring beer list! Where are the American craft brews? Not even brews from Sam Adams or Sierra Nevada? Where are the interesting international brews? How about Red Stripe in honor of being in the Caribbean? No Canadian beer? No Mexican beer (except for Corona, which barely qualifies)?
I suppose it makes business sense to carry the most popular beers -- and DCL's list certainly provides the most popular domestic and imported beers. But doesn't it also make business sense to carry a few off beat brews for folks who like that sort thing?
My wife and I went the whole week without any beer. We weren't making a protest statement. The beer list just wasn't particularly enticing.
In contrast, we had no problem with the wine list. Though not extensive, there was plenty of variety.
