BRAND newbie here and need some advice:)

I am a member of a few other budget type boards and other members have mentioned this site so I thought I would come aboard Here is my question:

My daughter is turning one in a couple of weeks(November 16th) and in lieu of having a huge party, we will be going to Disneyland California instead. Since we live in Southern California, I thought that it may be a cool idea to get annual passports for it. Anyway, I have heard a couple things that I would like to get cleared up.

1. What is SPONSORSHIP and how do I get someone to sponsor my families annual passports?
2. My husband and I are both interested in getting passports along with our nine year old son and 3 year old daughter. I heard that there is either a family discount or that my daughter may be able to get a free passport with the purchase of ours. Can anyone clear this up for me???
