Can I call like a few min to 11 and still get pizza delivered? or do I have to call by 10 or 10:30?

My husband will be there for a convention in May and I have done this with him a few times now. They work most days and then go off for organized dinners or by themselves in the evening. You will also see their families, so a good mix and I am never bothered by the working stiffs(oops-my husband is one of them)

I don't know if Kodak gallery will allow you to display pictures like this. You might have to just put the link.

You need to use a site like photobucket to load your pictures on & then copy & paste the links here. Links from Kodak will not work on these boards.

I faxed my request in today. Question the other rooms arriving 2 days after us but part of our gathering...should they fax today or wait 2 more days to fax? We noted on our request part of the gathering with the other rooms.

I would have them send in their fax in two more days. However, when you check in, I would let them know about the rest of the group and let them know that you would really appreciate your all being as close together as possible.

That reminds me - when should I send my fax request? I heard it was 2-3 days before arrival, is that still the case, or should I send it earlier?

We send ours three days before our arrival date.

Thanks KatMark, just didn't want to send thier fax to soon and make the room assignor mad! Hopefully it will all work out and all my worrying will have been for nothing. Just can't wait to get there and try this resort for the 1st time.
