Here was our day (not recommended for the faint of heart):
Arrive at DHS at rope drop (9:00 for us on Sunday).
The FP line will be long - don't get FPs.
Get in the standby line and ride (said 30 minutes, but it was really 20).
Get a FP - lines for FP machines were gone when we got off TSM - our return time was 12:15.
Get back in the standby line to ride again - another 20 minutes.
Do other stuff - we saw the last part of HSM at 10:00 (it was about 10:10 when we got there), ate a snack, saw HSM again (!) at 11:00, watched Beauty and the Beast at 11:30, saw part of HSM a third time (!) at 12:00, got another FP for TSM at 12:15 (return time 6:05).
Ride TSM at 12:15 with first FP. Standby was 50 minutes, I think.
We ate lunch at Prime Time (waited a long time for our table, but the kids were getting tired and hot so they were OK to wait in air conditioning), shopped a little, saw part of the parade and hopped to AK to ride the safari and Kali.
Back to CSR to swim, but it rained and we hung in the room for a bit, then ate dinner at Pepper Market.
Back to DHS for TSM FP (it was about 8:00, but you can use FPs late, just not early). Standby was 80 minutes at 8:00.
Hop to MK for EMH (in the pouring rain) until midnight (we lasted until 11:30).
If we had stayed all day at DHS, it is possible that we could have gotten another FP, but they probably would have run out by then. Our next FP window was about 2:00, but we didn't go back to check.
We were only there for the weekend, so we wanted to maximize our chances to ride our favorites. I wouldn't recommend the schedule for anyone who hadn't been a lot or who wanted to ride more at DHS (my DD6 won't ride TOT or RNR), but it worked great for us to get our Disney fix for the year. My DH (who didn't go with us) was amazed that the kids went so hard for two days, but we wanted to get a lot done in a short time!
