BR question about switching resorts

Has anyone been able to do this? I have a trip planned for POFQ but am thinking of upgrading to WL. Can you do this with BR?

Yes, you can. I did it yesterday.

Are there any fees to "upgrade"? It was my understanding that they only charge you the $50 change fee if you change to a cheaper package. Is that right?
