Boy pulled from disney pool very sad update post #13

It was a pool at pop century they don't have that much info other the. He went to celebration hospital then transferred to Florida hospital. Will update when more info comes in. They say he was found in the pool so may be he was discovered after hours. Lets hope he will be okay

These kinds of stories wrench my heart for the families! We're so cautious with our kids, but something can always happen, even at Disney.

I read last year, that RCFD has some of the best emergency response dispatch times in the world. I hope he's going to be okay!

Wow. That is my son's age (13) and it seems he was at the pool with his family. Shows how quick something can happen. My thoughts and prayers are with this family.

As a mom/grandmother this is terribly scary. Adults can be 'right there' and things still happen.

a very sad update. Wish i didn't have to make but the Boy who was pulled from pool at #Disney hotel over the weekend has died, Orange County Sheriff's Office reports. So please keep his family in your thoughts tonight.

As sad as this is their is a good lesson to learn in this is to learn CPR which the father did know and did perform until paramedics got their and not be carefully when you go into a pool where their no life guard on duty.

Every since you first posted this, I have watched all the updates. I have been praying he would be alright; he iss my son's age. My heart is breaking for his family.

I don't know that they will ever find out exactly what happened, since he wasn't noticed until he was under the water. It's a good reminder that things can happen quickly.
