Boy disney tie t-shirt

I am not sure if anyone can help with this but I am looking to make some tie t-shirts for my 4 years boy for his first trip to Disney. He like Mickey, Goofy and Pirates.

I'll try to explain as best I can because Spanish is my native language. Is a t-shirt and she has a tie man. I've seen on etsy.

I am not a DISigner, but I think I know what you are talking about. Are you wanting a neck tie design with Disney characters that you can iron on to a t-shirt so you can make a shirt like this (except with Disney characters)?
