*Sat. Shorty's B-day party*
So it's shorty's birthday celebration today and we are going to epcot! Since we are annual passholders and live 90 min away from Dis
we are just going for the day. Shorty wanted to make it for rope drop so we decided to have b-fast at home.
Ok, we make it for rope drop and get to ride the first flight of Soarin! We also ride the sum-of-all-thrills ride. FUN!! Mum and I went together. She isn't much into loopy rollercoasters however, I am.... muahahahaha!! Yeah I jack up the rise with 6 loops going as fast as it will let me
Mum actually liked it. we are SO doing that again!
Anyways you're here for the food not my rambling
After a little shopping we check up on the time of our adr for VN. Calling.......WHAT, WE HAVE NO RESERVATION!?!?!?!?
Yup, our ressies for that day were gone..... crap. But wait, there's a spot open for 11:00? Yes, we'll take it!!
*11:30ish VN*
We enter VN, not new to this place we have eaten here before, and we are seated within about 5-10 min. It's pretty quiet, of course it just opened. Our waiter Fabio (cuite) is very attentive and friendly, takes our drink orders and heads off. We all pretty much know what we're getting so when he come back we are ready.
Aaron got the four cheese pizza. *Note: all the pizzas are individual sized and I will put down the names of them in english.* He darn near fainted with love the last time he got it. Loved it just as much again. There is quite a bit of cheese on this pizza, quite, and no sauce. For all you Cheesey McCheese lovers out there, this is your dream come to life. Too much cheese for me and I prefer sauce. Mum liked it, and I think shorty might have had a slice, though she was really into hers. Oh yeah, all that white stuff, that ain't crust...... that's the cheese.
Shorty got the prosciutto and melon pizza, again no sauce. She also got this last time and loved it agian. I don't think she shared a piece
Mum and I shared the prosciutto melon pizza and veal salad. Mum loved shorty's pizza last time and vowed to get it this time. I really wated to try the salad which was HUGE!!! I mean freak'n huge!! Mum and I split it, Shorty had some, aaron tasted it, and we still had some left over! Pizza: Mum LOVED, Me, again prefer sauce but still good and I like the melon. Salad: Shorty didn't say much, Mum liked it very much, she and I thought there was too much cartalidge on the some of the veal, but the apples that came on top gave the salad a great crunch and flavor with dressing. I thought overall the salad was really good. I would ask for the dressing on the side, too much for moi, and no gorganzola.... I don't like blue cheese or his cousins :
but it was still really good.
Now during all of this VN had become increasingly busy. Unfortunately Fabio was seen less and less
Especially at dessert, which might I say took forever...
Next it's time for dessert.
So far the only reason I'm excited is because I knew I would be taking pics for the review.
but it was ok.
