does the person who books the bounceback offer have to be going back to disney in order to keep the offer? My brother is going this week for a few days with my nephews, and is hoping to book again for later in the year, but he's not sure if he'll get deployed this year or not. Can the names be transferred on bounceback reservations so someone else could go if this were to happen? TIA!
