bounceback question for cabins

Does anyone know if there's any possibility of getting a bounceback offer to come stay at the cabins next year, if we are only staying at campsites this year? We're thinking of coming back next summer and doing the cabins (just for the free dining) because we have some friends also interested....

I got a bounce-back offer for a cabin, serenitygr, when I was staying in a campsite about 2 years ago. Thing was, it came via email (which I wasn't checking because I was on vacation) so I didn't see it till I got home.

Not that I would get a cabin anyway. I've yet to receive a BB for a campsite while in a campsite. I wish!

So it has happened but it was a while ago.

We received bounce back offers each trip via mail. Unfortunately, they are usually within 4-6 months from your last vacation. They are only valid for the cabins and not actual campsites.

When we camped last (January 2014) there was a bounce back offer in our welcome pack. It included various resorts including the cabins.

1) Cabin Bounce Backs do get offered to campsite folks.
2) But, it is on a selected basis.
3) If Cabin Bookings are down within the next 6-7 months, they will send out BB's hoping to help fill Cabin vacancies.
4) So, whether you can get one by staying at a campsite is luck-of-the-draw.

. . . it would not be a brochure, such as on a nightstand when staying in a resort room

You can also call from the Outpost House Phone (while you are at the Fort) and ask for one if you are not given one in your packet. It's worked for us several times now. Good Luck.
