Has anyone been able to book a BB rate for club level at Beach Club? I booked last summer for this summer but didn't book club level and I don't recall if it was because it wasn't available or I just messed up. I've been calling and checking with no luck. So I wonder if it was ever even available to be booked for this summer.

I have a BB Beach Club club level stay for this September. I’d give it up for an amenable rate for GF club level. We hadn’t stayed at BC in some time but it used to be our favorite. We moved to Yacht for a time, then found ourselves LOVING the GF. I had not one but two very good BB offers for GF club level last year in April and September. Had a BB at Poly CL last month, had some issues in our room (Will never return to Poly) and we moved back to the GF CL for a week , but didn’t get GF BB this time around. But I’m checking constantly anyhow if something pops up!.

What happened at poly club room? Stay there and GF quite a few times, prefer GF whenever we can get as well.

Our room at the Poly CL had a serious plumbing issue. It had been going on for sometime. The vanity was black with mold, which we discovered as the bath rug was soaked as was the floor. The front faux panel fell off the front of the vanity while trying to wipe up the water, which is where we saw the cabinet was completely covered in mold. So much so the wood/ veneer was mushy. And had an awful odor. The “p-trap” connection under the sink had, and I kid you not, a SOFTBALL SIZED wad of putty. On both sinks. I guess instead of fixing, it was just poorly bandaid-ed.
I will say, they handled it well. Which mattered far more than the issue itself. While they expressed disappointment in the maintenance of the room, we were given the option to move a room or resort. We just asked to go to the GF if it was available, where we had stayed twice last year. They swiftly helped us move rooms, had a golf cart driver ride us over quickly and held our belongings until our room was ready later that day. They gave us an upgraded room, a perfect view of the castle which we really appreciated but it wasn’t necessary. We can call it a little pixie dust
As for the club level, man I wished I had listened when I asked about the Poly club. I was forewarned about the number of kids that are left to run around play with food and the screaming and yelling, and boy it was something else. Climbing over sofas, while people were eating/relaxing. Hands in the food. Full meltdowns, probably due to little rest etc, but next to no intervention on behalf of the parents, really just acting oblivious. We have stayed CL every stay for two decades and the Poly was not for us.

My confirmation notice from last year was on 5/28. So if they keep it on a Wednesday, that would be 5/27, this coming week.

Thanks for the update! I'm impatiently checking the forum often LOL

We booked our first BB offer ever after our 2025 trip, hoping we can move it from Nov. 2026 to March/April 2027....I'm not used to not knowing our exact travel dates and cost at this point, but I'm hoping the savings we might get will be worth it in the end

I just tried to chg dates from fall 26 to spring 27 in MDE and just getting “ room not available party size, offer etc”
Is this the way to check for new BB dates?

If I book a BB for next year but decide to change that trip to 2028 can I change it to 2028 dates as long as there is BB availability?

Probably, as long as Disney doesn’t change its rules or the bounceback offer. Before Covid closures, the bounceback offer changed from a room discount to free dining & back every year. Each offer was a new offer, with different dates. You couldn’t move your reservation to the following year because it wasn’t the same offer you had booked. Since bounceback offers resumed a few years ago, it has been the same room discount offer, with new dates added periodically. Disney could decide to stop doing that & make next years dates a new offer, or change from a room discount to some other discount at any time. If that happens, you probably wouldn’t be able to move to the new offer with different dates.

Just checked out today so hopefully something comes out in the next 7 days. So if I booked something available now and hope to change the dates later, can I also change the resort? Hoping for the Wilderness but not finding a lot of availability.
