Bounceback booking question

We were in Disney in March and saw the Bounceback offer in the room. Unfortunately we are not going again in 2008 so could not take advantage.

My question, we will be there in January and are planning an August 2009 trip. Would you think (and I know no one has a crystal ball) that there is a good chance we'll have a Bounceback offer in our room during our January stay? Is this something they have been doing the last couple years?
