Actually, I think yes, you can book a bounceback if you are staying on points. Any registered guest of a Disney resort is eligible. Your bounceback would be a CASH reservation, you wouldn’t be able to use points for that stay. It doesn’t matter if you get a email or if there was anything in the room or not. Just call the regular CRO number during or within 7 days of your stay. They’ll be able to verify your eligibility & book the next stay.
