Bounce back ?

I have never booked a bounce back offer but am considering it for our next trip. I am curious how far in advance bounce back offers extend? We will be there in Nov, 2013. Could I possibly see an offer for Sept-Nov, 2014?

In the past we have always done Disney every other year. I could probably convince DH to go every year. But more often then that may be tough. Just trying to figure out how much convincing I'll need to do. :wink:

To book the bounce back you just need to give the $200 (package) or cost of one night (room only) deposit, right? And I can cancel and get my deposit refunded, right? Seems like a no-brainer to book it just in case we want to go back.

We booked a bounce back offer for December when we were there in February. It was for a room discount.

From my understanding, the bounce back offer for room only discounts during select periods during 2013 was first offered in early December 2012. People who were there in November of 2012 had bounce backs for free dining in the fall of 2013.

It is anyone's guess what Disney will decide to do this fall.

If it is a room only discount then you only have to pay the cost of the first night. The same cancellation policy applies to a bounce back reservation as it does to any other reservation. One nice thing about a bounce back is that once you book it, you can go back and change your reservation during the bounce back period, and still get a discount. For example, we booked the WL but I could switch it to the BC and still get the discount as long as it was during one of the original dates and the room type was available.
