Bounce Back Question

I was planning my next WDW trip to be in Oct 2011 (Tradition to take kids the year before they start Kindergarden). Anyway due to a snowed out trip to Miami this past winter, I will find myself in WDW this September.

While I am in Disney this September, can I use Bounce Back to reserve a Room for October 2011? If so will it already be a FD deal? How does Bounce Back work, I am new to it as I normally dont get there years in a row.

Last year at that time the bounceback offer was for FD. When I was there in early October '09 I booked a FD bounceback for Aug 15-24. The FD bounceback offer was for Aug 15-Sept 30. Not sure when they changed the bounceback offer, but when I was there in Jan. '10 the offer was the 20/30/40/45% room only offer.

What will the bounceback offer be when you go in Sept? I don't think we will know that until sometime in August.

Bounce Back offers vary and do not come out every year. The first time we were at WDW on Free Dining in 2006 we didn't receive an offer. Our second trip we received one but the dates did not fit our plans for the next year. The last 2 years we have received offers which we were able to use but it really is the luck of the draw.

Check the Disboards starting in late August and you will see posts from people who are travelling during Free Dining. If anyone receives a bounce back offer then we can see the dates that it is for and whether it is for Free Dining (most likely) or some other deal. The offer will be the same for everyone who receives it. If there is an offer I am guessing it would be mid August to the beginning of October so if you plan on going in mid to late October I don't think it would apply.
