Bounce back offers?

Anyone have any insight on bounce back offers...how often are they offered...is it only certain resorts...certain times of year? I would love to get one when we go in May, I would definitley rebook on the spot but Ihave yet to get offered one.

Just curious as to how it is determined...

it is mostly by time of year, when they are being offered, you will find info in your room about it.
