whats is a bounceback code? I heard it gives you free dining plan?

I think it's a discount code available to WDW guests (probably only those who are on a package) who book another trip within some limited period of time. Seems like there was one for free dining being offered when we were there in Nov. 2006.

We were offered bounceback at our stay in Sept 2007. You had to book while you were in WDW as a resort guest in order for the promotion to be valid.

crystalcml is exactly right . you have to book before you check out we did the same thing in september. we will be back to

The stipulation for the bounceback code is that it is good for the same general time the following year and has to be booked before you check out AND is only good for the same package that you booked that year.

So the only way someone could get free dining on the bounceback is if they were currently booked with a free dining package.

Incorect as long as you were there during the time it was offered you could book a package.even if you were only staying room only you could get it.you just had to phone and book while you were there.
You did not even have to get the flyer to book it just ask front dest for details
