Bought tickets in a package, tickets not showing up in app

Hi! We booked a package with tickets and were able to make our park reservations ASAP, but the tickets have never appeared in the app. I figured they were waiting for us to pay in full…but we have and the money has cleared. And still no tickets. I’m on hold to find out why, but thought I would ask here if anyone else has had this happen? Any ideas? Thanks!

When are you going? Ours won't show up until a few days before we arrive. I don't have the confirmation at the moment but somewhere I've seen the exact day listed.

Your Disneyland Resort tickets and digital vouchers for Magical Extras will be available to access 5 days prior to your arrival. You will need to visit My Hotel Reservations or visit disneyland.com, open the My Disneyland drop-down menu and select "My Hotel Reservations". Login or create an account to download or print before arriving at the Resort

Thank you both so much for the replies!!! I *just* read that on my email and now I feel silly. Lol. I panicked when I didn’t see the tickets. I guess I’m a little rusty booking a DLR stay!
