Bought tickets, and made my park reservations. Got all the same parks as the rest of my family.

Process was very easy. Only thing is my 5 day ticket cost as much as my wife's AP.

Also, when making reservations, you should NOT include the people who already have them. It will just make you remove them. Only include the people without the reservations. But when booking with my already existing hotel reservation, I had no trouble with park availability.

Ya I have been watching and very few days have limited availability. AP holders have some limit but normal tickets were at least wide open.

Be interesting to see how it fills in now.

Online sales started today. They did say they couod be relaxed throughout the day.

Got my tickets and reservations for December today. Big relief even though I may decide not to go, at least I have tickets. Decided to get them now in case it becomes impossible later.

I agree....it was very simple and easy today and i got everything i wanted / needed for Labor Day Weekend. Disney just needs to work on their communication process.

Yes, you can purchase tickets by just going to disneyworld.com, log in and go to the usual place (Cart -> Add Tickets). There will be an option for 2020 or 2021 and an opportunity to check park availability before you purchase.Tickets were available from 1 to 7 days only.

make sure you log in with your account. I am not sure if there was a DVC discount (I was too excited and didn't pay attention), but it definitely makes it easier to assign them if you are logged in.
