Bought photopass download card and no pictures on it

Instead of buying prints i bought them to be downloaded. The guy said he put them on a photopass download card for me.
Just registered the card on photopass and no images on the card.

I knew this would happen. Just had a feeling.
Sent an email with the address given on the page and it came back return to sender.

Does anyone have an email they know of that i can contact please.

do you mean you bought the photopass package at DLP, registered on the photopass site, and input your photopass package code, before you starting getting photos on it on your trip, and now there are no photos showing? Were there ever any photos showing on the photopass app, did you check them each day?

No it isnt the photopass package.

It is like buying one print for 16 euros but instead of that you buy a download.

The guy in shop uploads them onto a download card then you register on the photopass website and put the number in then the pics that you have bought are meant to be on the card for downloading.

Similar to photopass but instead of paying 50 euros for the photopass package you get pictures taken then instead of buying indvidual prints for 16 euros you can buy the downloads for the same price and have them put on a download card which you then register online.

Rang disneyland paris on their uk number. Spent 20 mins on the phone and the lady couldnt help me.
Tweeted DLP with the details and they put the pictures into the account.

Relieved as I have my pictures.

When the CM gives you a pass like that, it is not a "photo pass +", it's a pass you would normally still need to pay for all the pictures when you download them.
(that's what the CM told me when he gave it to me)

Oddly enough, when the CM gave me one, and when I entered the code on the website, it showed no pictures either just like with you!

Glad they did help you out, and putted the pictures on there for you to download!
