Bought photo printer but still can't print photos. HELP!!!

I am still having a difficult time getting the photos I need to be able to complete my scrapbook since my pics were stolen while at Disney. But a big thanks to DisneyFreakJackie and Goofymom/pop for getting me started with your pics. I am hoping someone here is good with computers and can help me. I bought a HP photo printer to get some of the pics from this forum's pictures/video link. But when I print them I only get a piece of the pic. It is leaving a 1" border around the sides and I have it set to have no border.
With the money I spent for the pics I purchased from the others and this printer, paper and ink I should have just gone back to Disney for a quick trip to take new pics to replace the ones that were stolen the first time. And Disney even sent me a check for $40 to replace the memory card. Could have put that towards the trip.

is it the big photo printer, or just the 4 x 5 picture printer? I have the big hp photo printer/scanner etc. (does everything but the dishes!) if it's the same kind, maybe I can help.

It's the 4x6" pics. The HP PhotoSmart 325. It doesn't seem very smart if it doesn't print the entire pic. tee hee

Call HP tech support (try to get someone from the Canadian center) and they are a great help. It coud be something simple.
